Grounded Support for Military Families and Those Who Love Them

About
Steady Horizons

Steady Horizons reflects the work I’ve been doing for years across multiple settings — as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), school counselor, Miltary and Family Life Counselor (MFLC), music therapist, and existential therapist. Over time, I’ve supported service members, spouses, children, and adults with ADHD and anxiety through deployments, PCS moves, workplace stress, family transitions, and the day-to-day challenges that impact mental health.

I created Steady Horizons to offer therapy that is practical, straightforward, and culturally aware — especially for military families who often feel overlooked or rushed through systems. My approach is strength-based, collaborative, and focused on helping people understand what’s happening, what to do next, and how to move toward more stability without unnecessary complexity.

Whether I’m working with a family adjusting to a new duty station, a parent supporting a young child’s emotional development, or an adult trying to manage ADHD in a demanding environment, my goal is the same: clear communication, grounded support, and care that respects the realities of your life.

Steady Horizons brings together the approaches that have been most effective in my work — offering a focused space for meaningful, practical mental health support.
