Therapy Services

I accept several insurance plans, including Optum, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and Quest. Most insurance sessions are scheduled through Headway for a simple and streamlined process.

I also offer sessions through Spring Health (EAP). If you’re unsure about your coverage or have questions about cost, feel free to reach out and I’m happy to help you figure out your options.

I am currently pursuing credentialing with TriCare/TriWest, which is expected to take some time.

I offer grounded individual therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, and feeling stuck. Sessions—offered in person and via telehealth—focus on practical strategies alongside deeper insight, helping you build momentum and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can feel strained when stress, anxiety, ADHD, or life transitions start to take a toll. Many couples come in feeling stuck in the same arguments, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward together.

My work is grounded in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and reduce conflict. I take a practical, solution-focused approach, offering tools you can use right away to feel more connected, supported, and able to navigate challenges as a team.

Family Therapy for Young Adults Struggling with Independence and Direction

Family therapy offers a structured, supportive space when a teen or young adult feels stuck around school, work, or next steps. These situations often create stress, frustration, and repeated conflict within the family, even when everyone is trying their best.

In our work together, we focus on understanding what’s getting in the way — whether that’s anxiety, ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed — and shifting from blame to problem-solving. Sessions include both family meetings and individual time with the young person to build insight, accountability, and momentum.

The goal is to improve communication, reduce tension at home, and create a realistic, shared path forward that supports greater independence over time.
